The Interface operates within a financial system that is subject to anti-money laundering, sanctions,

and related regulatory requirements.

Compliance functions associated with the Underlying Services are conducted by MoneyTrans and its

financial institution and service provider partners in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory

obligations.

1. Compliance Framework

Transactions and account activity accessed through the Interface are subject to compliance measures

implemented by MoneyTrans and its partners, including identity verification, sanctions screening,

transaction monitoring, and risk assessment. These measures are designed to detect and prevent

money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, and other illicit activity.

2. Identity Verification

Access to the Underlying Services may require identity verification and ongoing compliance review.

Such verification may include the collection and validation of identifying information,

documentation, and other data as required by MoneyTrans or its partners.

Failure to satisfy verification requirements may result in restriction or termination of access.

3. Monitoring and Risk Controls

Activity conducted through the Interface may be monitored and evaluated using automated and

manual systems operated by MoneyTrans and its partners. These systems may assess risk, detect

irregular activity, and determine whether to permit, delay, restrict, or reject transactions or account

access.

The Company does not control such determinations but may enforce or reflect them within the

Interface.

4. Sanctions and Regulatory Controls

Transactions may be subject to sanctions screening and other regulatory controls. Activity involving

sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions may be blocked or rejected in accordance with

applicable requirements.

5. Cooperation and Enforcement

Where required, information may be reviewed, shared, or reported by MoneyTrans or its partners in

connection with compliance obligations, regulatory inquiries, or lawful requests. Access to the

Interface is conditioned on compliance with these requirements.

6. Program Oversight

Compliance controls and procedures are subject to ongoing review and modification by

MoneyTrans and its partners in response to evolving legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.

7. Acknowledgment

By using the Interface, you acknowledge that access to the Underlying Services is conditioned upon

compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and partner-imposed controls.
