Acceptable Use Policy

Updated 5/19/2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs all use of the CSH DIREK interface

(the “Interface”), including any access to services powered by MoneyTrans and its financial

institution and service provider partners (collectively, the “Underlying Services”).

This Policy is intended to ensure that all activity conducted through the Interface complies with

applicable law, financial network requirements, and the compliance standards applicable to the

Underlying Services. This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Any violation constitutes a

breach and may result in immediate enforcement action.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Interface and the Underlying Services

complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all users of the Interface, including individuals, businesses, and any party

accessing or using functionality made available through it. It applies to all activity conducted through

the Interface, including any transaction initiated, processed, or facilitated through the Underlying

Services.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Interface in connection with any activity that violates applicable law, regulatory

requirements, or financial network rules.

Prohibited activities include:

(a) Illegal or Restricted Activity. Use of the Interface in connection with unlawful goods or

services, controlled substances, stolen property, unauthorized access tools, weapons or regulated

components, counterfeit goods, intellectual property infringement, or fraudulent financial programs.

(b) Fraud or Misrepresentation. Activity involving false, misleading, or incomplete

information, misuse of identities or payment credentials, attempts to circumvent verification or

monitoring systems, impersonation, or operation of deceptive or fraudulent schemes.

(c) Regulatory Evasion. Attempts to evade legal or regulatory oversight, including unlicensed

financial activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection or reporting, or activity involving

sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.

(d) Unsafe or Non-Compliant Commerce. Transactions involving goods not in the

possession or control of the seller, undisclosed third-party processing, or business models presenting

elevated risk without appropriate disclosure or approval.

3. Activities Requiring Prior Approval

Certain categories of activity may only be conducted with prior written approval and may be subject

to enhanced review.

These may include transportation services, charitable or donation-based activity, high-value goods,

marketplace or platform models, multi-level marketing structures, and services involving user-

generated or publicly distributed content. Approval may be conditioned, limited, or withdrawn at

any time.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted through your use of the Interface is

lawful, properly disclosed, and consistent with this Policy. You must provide accurate information,

comply with applicable AML, sanctions, and financial network requirements, and avoid conduct that

may impair the integrity or security of the Interface or the Underlying Services.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Activity conducted through the Interface is subject to monitoring by the Company, MoneyTrans,

and their respective partners.

The Company may, at its discretion or as required, suspend or terminate access, delay, block, or

restrict transactions, request documentation, or take any action necessary to enforce this Policy or

comply with applicable requirements. Such action may be taken preemptively, including prior to

completion of a transaction, where risk indicators are identified or where required to comply with

legal, regulatory, or network requirements. Action may be taken without prior notice.

6. Enforcement Measures

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, restriction of activity, withholding of

funds to the extent permitted by applicable rules, referral to financial institutions or regulators, and

pursuit of legal remedies.

7. Relationship to Other Terms

This Policy operates in conjunction with the Terms of Service and other applicable policies. In the

event of conflict, the Terms of Service shall control unless otherwise required by law.

8. Updates

The Company may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Interface constitutes

acceptance of the revised Policy.
